PRINCIPAL BUSINESS ANALYST- PROJECT CONTROLS � 1568 - SRS- Aiken, SC

Organize, develop, and maintain total project controls, financial analysis, and estimating applications to manage planning, scheduling, and cost throughout the project lifecycle. Establish cost and schedule baselines, work breakdown structures, and spend-out plans while utilizing advanced project control concepts to guide subordinates on complex multi-project analysis. Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance, communicate mitigation plans to management, and prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports including forecasts and spend plans. Develop costing rates in PeopleSoft, implement change management systems, and define requirements for complex business systems and test scenarios. Provide leadership and training to Project Controls personnel, execute special studies, and ensure adherence to CAS/FAR principles. Travel may be required to attend Project Controls Summits in Albuquerque or Kansas City for classified matters.
