Job Summary
As a Principal BSG Consultant, you will support the sales organization as a trusted wealth management expert, engaging with C-level clients to architect and demonstrate solutions, create customer personas and user journeys, and collaborate with product engineering to ensure competitive offerings. You will guide transformation roadmaps, understand bank and wealth manager strategies, coordinate RFPs/RFIs, manage bids and proposals, and contribute to marketing efforts through content and public speaking. You will partner with distributed internal teams to execute sales campaigns and demonstrate deep domain expertise across Wealth Management and Private Banking, with a focus on driving digital transformation and customer value.
Required Qualifications
- Min 10 years of working experience in a Bank or banking solutions vendor (Wealth Management & Private Banking preferred)
- Experience in wealth management transformation projects
- Experience in Pre-sales and related sales activities
- Experience in client-facing roles acting as a trusted partner to C-level stakeholders
- Interest in financial services industry trends and innovations in Wealth Management and Private Banking
- Fluent in English (additional APAC languages desirable)
