Principal Broker

Senior Principal Broker responsible for managing an existing Corporate portfolio in Property and Casualty Insurance, developing, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities to grow the corporate portfolio, on-boarding new clients, delivering Marsh’s value proposition with high-quality service, and building senior-level relationships with insurers and revenue-generating accounts. Lead, plan, and implement renewal and broking strategies to ensure strong account retention and contribute to tender and proposal activities. Role based in Perth, hybrid arrangement requiring at least three days in the office.
