Job Summary

Responsibilities include overseeing structural analysis and design of complex steel and concrete bridges, directing project planning, specifications, budget management, and quality control reviews. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mentoring staff, driving business development, and fostering client relationships, with a strong emphasis on innovation and sustainable design solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE or equivalent)
- 18+ years of experience in structural and bridge engineering
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams
- Strong track record in quality control and design management
