Job Summary
Monitor Jira data fidelity across Programs and User Stories, enforce quality standards, and proactively identify data risks. Build dynamic reporting dashboards and monthly executive presentation decks synthesizing portfolio metrics to guide strategic prioritization. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Technology, and Intent Owners to clarify needs and drive improvements within the Agile environment. This role supports the PULSE PMO's Product Development Lifecycle, ensuring flawless project execution and translating insights for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
- At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
- At least 4+ years of Process Management experience
- At least 1+ years of Project Management experience
- At least 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams
- Process Management training and certifications (Lean, Six Sigma)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience creating presentation decks for executive leadership
- At least 1 year of experience using Jira to update data, run queries, and extract information
