Job Summary
Principal Associate, Project Management for the DaaS Acquisitions Delivery Team (Hybrid) at Capital One. Lead the definition and documentation of requirements for new product lifecycles, develop and maintain process documentation, and perform QA checks to ensure accuracy. Act as a subject-matter expert to external resources, assist in mitigation planning, and monitor progress to ensure timely closure. Oversee day-to-day process operations and drive continuous improvement opportunities, with strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders and teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience
- At least 2 years of Operations support experience
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
