Job Summary
Lead the strategy and end-to-end delivery of the Credit College cohort program, including facilitating three-day in-person learning experiences for business and credit analysts. Engage stakeholders such as learning consultants, business partners, and credit leaders to manage nomination processes, ensure program excellence, and mitigate risks before they impact learner outcomes. Develop guidelines, measure impact through data analysis, and align short- and long-term program strategy with business needs while managing scope, timelines, and budget. Collaborate with delivery partners to streamline operational processes and incorporate learning best practices across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience managing learning programs or events for various audiences
- At least 2 years of experience facilitating training in virtual and in-person environments
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in training programs or learning and development
- 3+ years of experience in project management, event management, and/or program delivery
- 1+ years of experience working in the Financial Services industry
