Job Summary
Lead oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborate on larger initiatives to drive issue resolution and risk mitigation. Collect data, apply analytics, and report findings to senior leadership for transparency. Track and resolve process breakdowns while identifying improvements that impact the company's bottom line. Develop formal process documentation, including procedures and flow diagrams, and act as a subject matter expert to clarify needs for project customers. May lead teams and direct others on projects. This role requires a minimum of 4+ years in Process Management and 3+ years in Business Process or Risk Management. Located in Plano, TX, the salary range is $98,900 - $112,900. Candidates must be able to influence up and adapt quickly to change.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, or Risk Management
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
- 1+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
- 4+ years of experience in Process Management
