Job Summary
Principal Associate of Learning and Development for Capital One Auto Sales responsible for creating, designing, and delivering a high-impact learning ecosystem that elevates performance for more than 700 sales professionals. Develop foundational instructional materials from scratch for Outside Sales and Inside Sales, break down complex processes into bite-sized micro-learning modules, and integrate AI-powered tools into daily workflows. Deliver engaging facilitation in live virtual and in-person settings, build structured curricula rooted in adult learning principles, manage LMS content and interactive modules, and collaborate with L&D leadership and sales SMEs to align learning solutions with sales objectives and product-line changes. Proficient in using modern delivery methods (gamification, multimedia tools) and tools like Zoom/Teams; experience with Articulate Rise and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Bachelor's degree and several years of instructional design and delivery experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience designing and producing instructional materials from scratch (digital learning, quick-reference resources, video content, facilitator guides)
- At least 2 years of experience facilitating training in virtual and in-person environments
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing and integrating Artificial Intelligence applications throughout the learning design, development, and delivery process
