Job Summary
Manage media inquiries, develop reports, and support proactive media relations for Capital One's Premium Products and Experiences line. Create materials including media messaging, pitches, briefing books, and social posts for executives while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Provide project management support by developing workback plans, tracking projects, and coordinating contract logistics for talent and tastemaker partners. Optimize communications reporting and analytics to measure campaign impact. Assist in executing proactive communication, talent, and tastemaker campaigns under senior team guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of external communications experience
- Exceptional judgment
