Job Summary
Principal Associate leads proactive FRM risk management initiatives, engages in process-level assessments, internal audits, and regulatory commitments for Finance, with emphasis on Tax, Investor Relations, and SOX; builds partnerships with Finance stakeholders; requires strong problem-solving, integrative thinking, judgment, and communication; develops roadmaps to improve risk management and resilience; collaborates across Finance and risk groups to address priorities and deliver results; role includes market-competitive salaries by location and potential incentives; Capital One does not sponsor employment authorization for this position at this time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Audit, Accounting, or a combination
- At least 2 years of experience working in Financial Services
- Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
