Job Summary
Principal/Associate Environmental Consultant to join AtkinsRealis' Scotland Team. Lead Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and related consents, coordinate bids and tender opportunities, act as technical lead on projects, engage with stakeholders and clients, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to business development across projects in the UK and beyond. Role includes project management, collaboration with technical specialists, and opportunities for career development within a flexible, hybrid-working culture.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level in environmental or related discipline
- Experience of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and consenting projects
- Experience of bids and tender preparation
- Ability to adapt to change and deliver technical excellence
- Membership of professional body (Chartered Environmentalist/Scientist or equivalent) or working towards this (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Security clearance may be required; vetting process via UKSV; residency check of 5+ years in the UK may be discussed at interview
- United Kingdom work authorization preferred
