Principal Architect

Lead the technical delivery of architectural design solutions across all project stages; establish the design delivery strategy and programme in collaboration with project leadership; coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver coherent design information; ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and appropriate level of detail across all deliverables; identify design risks and lead the team in developing robust solutions and mitigation strategies; oversee production of technical drawings, models, reports, and presentation materials; lead the preparation of 2D and 3D visualisations, sketches, and presentations to communicate design intent to stakeholders; enhance team capability and maintain high technical competence standards; collaborate with project lead to define project scope, programme, deliverables, and resource requirements.
