Job Summary
Lead technical architect for transit-architecture projects; develop and present technical viewpoints, oversee coordination with sub-consultants, and ensure contract documents and BIM/design-technology standards meet program requirements. Serve as SME for large-scale architectural projects, mentor mid-career staff, and collaborate with PMs, clients, and contractors to drive design and project delivery using Revit, AutoCAD, and advanced visualization tools. Requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture and at least 10 years of experience; licensure (RA) preferred. Travel to project sites and coordination with multiple offices are expected as part of project execution.
