Principal Architect/Solution Architect Senior Director (Databricks)

Principal Architect/Solution Architect Senior Director role combines hands-on delivery accountability with executive-level strategy. Lead enterprise-scale solution design across multiple clients, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and technical strategy. Serve as the primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor, owning end-to-end solution lifecycle from pre-sales through implementation, including scoping, estimation, and risk assessment. Drive pre-sales activities, deliver impactful technical presentations, and oversee transition from pre-sales to delivery to ensure scalable, measurable client value. Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to influence direction, mentor less experienced architects, and promote standard methodologies. Required proficiency with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks or similar), real-time data processing, AI/ML-enabled analytics, identity resolution, and CDP solutions; strong business acumen and exceptional communication to translate technical value for non-technical stakeholders.
