Principal Architect (Snowflake)

Job Summary
Principal Architect role focused on leading end-to-end solution architecture for complex, enterprise-scale engagements leveraging Snowflake and other modern data platforms. Responsible for aligning technical solutions with business objectives, guiding pre-sales through delivery, and driving adoption and measurable client value. Key duties include leading solution design across multiple clients, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, serving as primary technical escalation for clients, owning scoping and cost modeling for large opportunities, delivering tailored technical presentations, overseeing transition from pre-sales to delivery, and mentoring other architects. Competencies include deep enterprise architecture expertise, identity resolution and real-time data architectures, experience with Snowflake/Databricks, CDP/Customer 360, AI/ML-enabled analytics, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication and leadership to influence product direction and client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of combined experience in technical pre-sales and solution implementation
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including executive-level engagement
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing environments (database, direct, or digital marketing)
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms
- Real-time data processing architectures
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP / Customer 360)
- Non-cloud to cloud migration strategies
- Clean room technologies
- AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions
