Job Summary
Lead multiple architecture and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide objectives while directly managing areas with a strategic transactional focus. Provide high-level direction to teams overseeing employees across multiple platforms, divisions, and lines of business, acting as the primary interface with senior leaders and executives to drive consensus. Manage complex projects and large cross-product collaborations, championing diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect within the Digital Workflows Product Line. Apply expertise in ServiceNow, Java, and databases to drive adoption of technical methods and aid the firm in maintaining industry leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Enterprise / Solution architecture in development and or infrastructure organizations
- ServiceNow advanced certifications (CTA, CMA, etc.)
- Java, Database, Data Warehouse experience
- Ability to 'think big' and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refresh and hype
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- AWS experience is preferable
- Financial Services experience
