Job Summary
Architect and deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions including containerized architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and integrated AI capabilities. Lead end-to-end architecture from pre-sales to production deployment, defining strategic decisions and translating business needs into pragmatic solutions with associated documentation. Actively participate in development through code reviews, POCs, and AI pipeline design while mentoring team members and monitoring AI technology best practices. This role requires 10+ years in software architecture with expertise in microservices, event-driven patterns, and modern stacks like Java Spring Boot or .NET. Fluency in German and English (C1) is required, with French as a plus. The position is based in Zurich with a modern work model combining office presence, home office, and client-site collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in software architecture across large-scale projects
- solid expertise in modern patterns (microservices, event-driven, hexagonal, clean architecture)
- design principles (SOLID, DDD)
- A genuine passion for AI
- hands-on experience designing or integrating LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems
- Excellent background in either Java Spring Boot or .NET stacks
- Experience building scalable and resilient systems using cloud and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS)
- Demonstrated technical leadership
