Principal Architect

Oversee client relations and project team performance to ensure delivery meets budget, schedule, and quality standards. Direct architectural and consulting teams to execute work orderly, managing recruitment, mentoring junior staff, and facilitating client meetings and presentations. Guide project teams on scheduling, costs, and procurement while maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective clients. Establish new business opportunities through collaboration with Marketing and Business Development departments. Ensure all deliverables comply with contractual agreements and design intent. Occasional travel is required.
