Principal Architect

Principal Solution Architect - Warehouse & Technology at Iron Mountain is the technical authority for the warehouse and logistics technology ecosystem, defining architecture principles, reference architectures, and future-state roadmaps. Leads Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan Scale, SAP EWM) architecture direction and ensures alignment of business processes with end-to-end workflows. Owns enterprise integration architecture (APIs, EDI/B2B, event-driven architecture) and governs data flows across critical systems. Governs warehouse infrastructure (Wi‐Fi, edge computing, device management) and partners with automation vendors for WCS, WES, and ASRS integration. Partners with security teams to enforce IAM and Zero Trust, and establishes disaster recovery and business continuity standards. Ideal candidates have 15+ years of technology experience, 7+ years in architecture roles, deep warehouse tech experience, expertise in Manhattan Scale and SAP EWM, strong knowledge of cloud-native environments (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and EDI systems (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, VAN), robust infrastructure and security architecture skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; TOGAF or related security/architecture certifications are highly preferred.
