Job Summary
Principal Architect, Healthcare at a 100% employee-owned firm leading design and project leadership for healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include design leadership, client engagement across project phases, producing design presentations and working drawings, managing scope/budget/schedule, coordinating across design and construction, mentoring staff, and driving business development. Requires licensure in architecture (NCARB preferred), Accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, 10+ years in healthcare projects, and proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Deltek VantagePoint experience a plus. Hybrid work schedule in Denver, CO with base pay range $150k-$185k.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- Professional Licensure in Architecture (NCARB certificate preferred)
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with healthcare projects
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop (Deltek VantagePoint a plus)
- Strong design leadership, project management, and mentoring skills
- Ability to lead design presentations and client interactions
- Hybrid work schedule and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams
