Job Summary
Principal Appian Consultant to lead delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to federal clients. Provide expert guidance on solution delivery, design and integrate Appian solutions into client architecture, mentor delivery teams on best practices, and drive scalable, high-performance solutions. Will guide architecture, platform scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, governance, and implement internal processes/tools. Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance; hybrid on-site role at Groundswell HQ in McLean or other DC Metro locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
- Active Lead Certification
- 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to lead delivery teams and mentor resources
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong technical design and implementation skills
- Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB)
- Experience with Web services and Integrations (RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
