Job Summary
Lead analytical research and development activities for designing/improving manufacturing processes and technologies, including producing clinical trial batches; supervise large teams on technology transfer and development projects; apply analytical chemistry to process improvement, develop new methodologies, provide written procedures and reports to support manufacturing and regulatory needs, and lead analytical tech transfers. Develop expertise in key analytical techniques, ensure compliance with ICH stability guidelines, contribute to GMP/GLP programs, and support regulatory filings and patents/publications; require PhD in Chemistry with extensive experience and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD) in Chemistry
- 7 years related experience with lower degree
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- leadership of analytical chemistry teams
- ability to perform method validation
- experience with GLP and cGMP
- ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with management and clients
- domestic and international travel as required
