Job Summary
Design and deploy agentic AI workflows leveraging autonomous planning and tool-use to streamline internal operations. Develop and maintain automated Python pipelines for mission-critical initiatives, conducting vulnerability analysis and analyzing complex technical data. Architect agentic Python automations while innovating and documenting new tradecraft to support customer requests. Manage strategic customer outreach and execute on specific client needs as part of the full development lifecycle. This full-time role in Laurel, Maryland, requires an active TS/SCI clearance and 12+ years of software engineering experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- 12+ years Software Engineering experience
- BS degree in Computer Science or related
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes (substitutable for bachelor's degree)
- Works well independently as well as on a team
- Strong communication skills
- Deep experience leveraging LLM's to solve complex problems
- Expertise in prompt engineering and model optimization
- Proven ability to integrate AI into automated pipelines and production workflows using API's and orchestration tools
- Strong Python experience
- Data parsing/manipulation
- Networking knowledge and protocols
- Experience with open source research
- Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
- Familiarity with Git
- Familiarity with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations
