Job Summary
Lead fab supply chain planning initiatives to improve customer commitments, forecast accuracy, inventory, wafer starts, cycle time, and capacity utilization. Define and govern planning capabilities connecting demand signals to front-end manufacturing execution, including wafer start planning, capacity scenario modeling, and constraint-based prioritization across internal and external fabs. Architect and oversee planning logic for Order Promiser and Enterprise Supply Planner, ensuring alignment with SAP, MES, and planning platforms such as Blue Yonder; drive cross-functional implementation, governance, and change management, while mentoring analysts and enhancing forecasting and analytics capabilities across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field is required
- 12+ years in supply chain, planning systems, analytics, or transformation roles, including significant experience in semiconductor manufacturing and planning environments
- Extensive experience in semiconductor fab environments with data science and advanced analytics applied to fab planning, wafer start management, capacity planning, and work-in-process optimization
