Principal Analyst - Strategy & Operations

Deliver Strategy & Operations projects such as operating model optimization, margins improvement, and budgeting within 1-6 month timelines. Work with leaders to define the to-be state based on as-is analysis, then identify growth bottlenecks using data, customer interviews, and market research to devise solutions. Develop deep project understanding to proactively identify improvement areas, while using data modeling and analytics to present visual insights and trends to executives. Serve as the single point of contact for users and Execs across the Consulting department, providing inputs to guide decision-making for the Founder and CXOs. This role supports the internal Strategy & Operations team's mission to help clients unlock measurable business outcomes through AI and machine learning.
