Job Summary
Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning while developing models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions. Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for investment and resource allocation. Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations to drive accountability and operational efficiency. Streamline forecasting and reporting processes through automation, standardization, and best practices in financial governance. Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance decision-support capabilities and data quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Typically 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, business planning, accounting, or related financial experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting business leaders through complex financial analysis and decision support
- Experience developing financial models, forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification
- Recognized expert in a specialized finance discipline
- Handles highly complex assignments with minimal supervision
