Job Summary
Principal Analyst role focused on the future of customer experience transformations. Lead research and content planning for an integrated CX portfolio; conduct primary research; publish reports, blogs, data snapshots, podcasts, and short-form video; engage clients with practical guidance; expand thought leadership through speaking engagements and press appearances; shape coverage and evangelize CX programs across industries; travel to client sites and events to deliver workshops and presentations; collaborate within an integrated team to translate bold CX visions into practical actions while addressing AI implications and customer-centered strategies.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years’ experience in senior-level B2B, B2B2C, or B2C CX roles
- Experience in leading enterprisewide CX transformations
- Experience in at least two functional areas of CX (e.g., experience or service design, measurement/analytics, tech, customer service, strategy)
- Ability to influence C-suite executives and advise on strategic initiatives
- Established industry presence as a thought leader and speaker
- Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time
- Base salary ranges reflect multiple US geographies and are contingent on candidate location and credentials
