Job Summary
Execute AI product strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI/data science products; collaborate with tech teams and business stakeholders to align features with business objectives and customer needs; develop ML models and algorithms to solve business problems; create/use cases for ML/AI applications; monitor and troubleshoot document ingestion pipelines; manage triage of doc ops processes to maintain solution accuracy; perform chunking and metadata fine-tuning; conduct RAG and prompt fine-tuning based on user feedback; monitor solution performance and suggest improvements to LLM design; replicate and scale solutions across markets; support SIT/UAT and release processes; document best practices and solution frameworks.
