Job Summary
Identify data deliverables for contracts and build data tracks within a Product Data Management system. Solicit programmatic approvals, receive data from suppliers, and review submissions for compliance before routing to the customer. Manage configuration control for non-deliverable work products and generate productivity metrics and reports. Estimate data management costs and schedules while interpreting scheduling and milestone requirements. Requires an active Top Secret security clearance, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Windchill or similar PDM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years prior of relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of professional experience
- Experience with government standards and processes, such as described in EIA-649, Configuration Management Standard and GEIA-859, Data Management
- Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Current and Active Top Secret Government Security Clearance

- Ability to interpret scheduling and milestone requirements
- Strong business acumen including planning, forecasting, analytical skills and ability to negotiate and influence
- Sense of urgency; ability to meet challenging deadlines, and attention to detail
- Strong skills in interpersonal communications, relationship building, and in collaborating on cross-functional teams comprised of diverse personalities and skill sets
- Experience with generating Data Management productivity metrics and reports
- Experience with estimating, proposing and managing Data Management cost and schedule on a program
- Experience in Windchill or similar product data management (PDM) tools
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification, with relevant experience
- Active DOD clearance
