Job Summary
Lead end-to-end analysis for complex business and system initiatives, including problem definition, requirements documentation, validation, and traceability. Assess system impacts, identify gaps, and develop recommendations that improve accuracy, scalability, and operational effectiveness. Translate complex system behavior, data flows, and dependencies into clear insights for business stakeholders and leadership. Oversee and support systems impacting financial operations and employee compensation outcomes, ensuring high analytical rigor and operational governance. Investigate data discrepancies and operational anomalies to determine root cause and drive corrective actions. Serve as a primary analytical partner to cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Product, Reporting, and Operations to align priorities and resolve ambiguity. Present analysis, options, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders with clarity and confidence. Act as a subject matter expert for assigned systems and business domains, analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes. Provide informal mentorship and guidance to other analysts by setting standards for analytical rigor and documentation quality. Work on-site three days a week at the Overland Park, KS office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of related work experience
- Management Information Systems, IT, Computer Science or related fields
- More than 10 years Systems Analysis experience
- Understanding strategic business information systems
- Critical Thinking skills with a view toward process automation, evaluation, and/or enhancement
- Advance knowledge of utilizing and writing SQL queries using output/results for executive level presentations
- Ability to provide written or verbal details for potential issues and their solutions
- Ability to create presentations for both verbal and written communication
- Executive summaries
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available for on-site work 3 days a week at the Overland Park, KS office
- Not available for remote opportunity
