Job Summary
Leverage extensive BI and analytics expertise to transform complex legal and business questions into actionable insights. Lead the design and delivery of executive dashboards, AI-driven analytics, and reporting solutions; build scalable data pipelines; ensure data quality; collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and measure outcomes; and serve as a trusted adviser to stakeholders in the Legal department. The role emphasizes data visualization, AI-enabled tooling, and cross-team collaboration to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making for Legal initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics or similar plus 7 years of related work experience (or advanced degree with 5 years)
- 7-10 years of experience with business intelligence tools
- 7-10 years’ experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau; PowerBI)
- 7-10 years’ experience in advanced analytics including SQL/ETL of complex datasets, quantitative analysis & research
- 2+ years’ experience manipulating data and developing data interactions through AI tools (MSFT Copilot, ChatGPT and/or Claude)
- Experience working with Legal teams is a plus
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
