Job Summary
Lead active circuit design and technical leadership for multi-tens of GHz Transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) in Silicon Germanium BiCMOS technology. Develop transmission line and millimeter wave structures to enable higher performance for optical front-end receivers, including linear regulators, AGC loops, and current sensors. Design microarchitecture for major circuit blocks and guide the team through post-silicon validation, qualification, and mass production transition. Work with functional groups to support customer initiatives while advancing designs beyond industry-leading products for coherent long-haul, metro, and PAM4 data center systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering in the areas of design of high-performance RF/Analog Receiver/TIA design
- 10 - 15 years experience in the areas of design of high-performance RF/Analog Receiver/TIA design
- MSc EE
- PhD EE
- 5+ years of experience in the areas of design of high-performance RF/Analog Receiver/TIA design
