Job Summary
Lead the development of technology strategy and priorities and drive execution across technology and business teams within Asset & Wealth Management Technology. Scope problems, identify major issues and opportunities, design solutions, and assess implications. Conduct research and analysis on technology trends and innovation opportunities, perform competitor/industry research, and develop work plans to test strategies and insights. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and communications; advise and influence senior leaders on key business decisions and major change initiatives. Build deep, trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction throughout engagement. Collaborate across lines of business and cross-functional teams, maintain composure in challenging meetings, identify roadblocks, escalate issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of modern technology concepts, terminology, and strategies, including AI, cloud computing, data analytics and emerging technologies
- Strong consulting background with a proven track record of advising organizations on holistic technology strategy and implementation
- Ability to quickly assess organizational needs and align technology initiatives with business objectives, including AI, digital transformation, and infrastructure modernization
- Experience in developing and presenting comprehensive reports that influence executive decision-making
- Ability to break down complex objectives into actionable tasks and manage projects through their lifecycle
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and AI-powered applications to drive insights and efficiency
- Experience in planning and leading leadership meetings, strategic events, and managing multiple client projects and workstreams
- Collaborative team player with experience building solution roadmaps and mentoring junior team members
