Job Summary
Partner with functional leaders to translate ambiguous business needs into practical AI-powered solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Lead end-to-end discovery, design, and delivery of AI agents, workflows, and automations while balancing business value, usability, and security. Build trusted relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to navigate organizational change and support successful adoption. Develop reusable patterns and best practices to scale AI capabilities across the organization. This senior individual contributor role sits within Higher Logic's AI Transformation team, serving over 350,000 online communities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience within a B2B software/SaaS company
- Strong understanding of how SaaS organizations operate
- Strong business acumen
- High emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Strong practical AI fluency
- Strong critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills
