Job Summary
Architect AI infrastructure for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, owning the architecture of their AI layer (LLM gateways, agent-to-agent patterns, multi-cloud inference traffic) and driving end-to-end issue resolution, performance optimization, and deployment best practices. Influence product roadmap based on production learnings while partnering with account teams on risk and expansions; serve as the technical voice in negotiations with both platform engineers and executives. Requires 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, deep cloud-native experience, hands-on AI/ML infra experience, and scripting/programming skills; thriving in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- Deep cloud-native experience: Kubernetes, Istio, API gateways/proxies
- 1+ years hands-on with AI/ML infrastructure
