Job Summary
Architect the AI technical strategy for enterprise accounts by partnering with sales teams to execute high-value security opportunities from discovery to close. Deliver compelling, outcome-driven demonstrations of Zscaler's AI security platform tailored for deep-tech practitioners and C-level executives. Serve as the field authority on modern AI patterns, advising clients on preventing data exposure and unsanctioned usage. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to inject real-world customer feedback into the roadmap while building reusable demo assets and enablement playbooks. Scale the global field motion by developing technical assets, competitive positioning, and training content for enterprise account teams.
Required Qualifications
- Deep Fluency in AI/GenAI
- Strong foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) orchestration patterns
- Knowledge of inherent security risks associated with LLMs
- 10+ Years of Solutions Engineering Mastery
- A proven track record in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory)
- Experience navigating complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
- Enterprise Security Foundations
- Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture
- Knowledge of data loss prevention (DLP)
- Knowledge of cloud-native security platforms
- Knowledge of API integrations
