Job Summary
Architect AI technical strategy for enterprise accounts, driving complex, high-value security opportunities from discovery to close. Deliver compelling, outcome-driven demonstrations of Zscaler's AI security platform to C-level executives and deep-tech practitioners, validating the ability to securely enable enterprise AI. Serve as the field authority on modern AI patterns such as RAG and agents, advising clients on preventing sensitive data exposure and unsanctioned usage. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to inject real-world customer feedback into the roadmap while building reusable demo assets and enablement playbooks to scale the global sales force. Develop technical workshops and competitive positioning content to help broader go-to-market teams win.
Required Qualifications
- Deep Fluency in AI/GenAI
- Strong foundational knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) orchestration patterns
- Knowledge of inherent security risks associated with LLMs
- 10+ Years of Solutions Engineering Mastery
- Proven track record in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory)
- Experience navigating complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
- Enterprise Security Foundations
- Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture
- Knowledge of data loss prevention (DLP)
- Knowledge of cloud-native security platforms
- Knowledge of API integrations
