Job Summary

Lead client engagements end-to-end, sitting across from C-level executives to own weekly updates, business reviews, and strategic direction. Map business workflows within the first 30 days to identify high-impact opportunities, then design future states defining human versus agent responsibilities and success metrics. Direct Associate Orchestrators through implementation to ship the first automation to production within 60 days, while identifying when to pull Build pods, Rescue teams, or ongoing support resources. Report on measurable client impact including hours saved, error rates, and throughput gained. This senior individual contributor role requires 5–10 years of experience as a business analyst or solutions engineer, deep AI-native skills with deployed agents, and executive poise to command stakeholder workshops. Compensation is open and based on capability and experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in software delivery, product, or enterprise SaaS
  • Experience sitting between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Experience interviewing users, mapping workflows, writing specs, and owning the result
  • Being on an individual contributor track and not looking to manage people
  • Deeply AI-native experience
  • Experience building and deploying real agents
  • Using Claude Code as a daily tool
  • Having opinions about Cursor vs. Windsurf, LangChain vs. LlamaIndex, and which MCP to use when
  • Ability to name the right tool for the right job and defend the choice
  • Portfolio over resume: ability to show a GitHub, side projects, deployed agents, and public writing on what they have built
  • Business-native English and executive poise
  • Experience working with or inside US or Western companies
  • Ability to run a stakeholder workshop with twelve people in the room without losing control of it
  • Ability to command a meeting with a US CEO from minute one
  • Being curious and hungry
  • Learning a new tool every week on your own time
  • Digging into something adjacent when given a well-understood problem
  • Building something on your own time because you wanted to see if you could
