Job Summary
Design and deploy AI/ML solutions that transform firmware and hardware validation by building predictive analytics for failure forecasting and automating root cause analysis. Implement AI-driven test selection, prioritization, and optimization engines to reduce runtime while preserving confidence, alongside adaptive test execution systems and Large Language Model integration. Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and system architecture teams to define validation needs and translate domain expertise into ML features. Lead the integration of artificial intelligence into validation workflows to accelerate cycles and maintain high product quality at scale.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 7+ years of software development experience
- primarily using Python
- Strong foundation in machine learning fundamentals, including model evaluation and feature engineering
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree with focus on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, and CI/CD practices
- Experience applying NLP techniques to logs, test data, or technical documentation
- Background in semiconductor, storage, firmware, or hardware validation domains
- Experience building predictive failure or reliability analytics systems
