Job Summary
Lead cutting-edge AI research and development initiatives in healthcare-focused environment. Design and implement advanced AI models, mentor AI teams, and drive innovation. Promote a culture of learning and scholarly excellence by publishing in prestigious journals and conferences, building IP, and fostering collaboration across AI/ML, Deep Learning, Big Data, and healthcare systems. Develop and sustain an ecosystem that emphasizes formal modeling, knowledge management, and learning-driven organizational growth. Manage time effectively while overseeing research productivity targets and mentoring both on-campus and virtual teams to deliver impactful results.
Required Qualifications
- PhD preferred (Minimum MS) in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, AI, Deep Learning, Big Data or Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in research, development and innovation of complex engineering or science problems
- Excellent Systems Thinking Skills
- Strong Mathematical Thinking, Computational Thinking, Design Thinking, Creative Thinking and Foresight Thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of prestigious publications
- Experience mentoring research teams to produce prestigious publications or patents
- Experience in managing teams and mentoring in online/virtual collaborative environments
- Strong commitment to Quality Research Culture with a strong professional ethics
- Strong professional writing and presentation skills
