Job Summary
Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance products. Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights, monitor model performance, and tweak systems as necessary. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities, research latest advancements, and provide technical support for utilizing AI solutions. Document development processes and participate in code reviews to share best practices. Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of AI initiatives. Requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development
- Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends and advancements
