Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain modern AI-powered iPaaS platforms using LLM coding models and agents built on tools like Claude Code and Cursor. Implement end-to-end automated workflows that orchestrate tasks across enterprise systems to eliminate repetitive human intervention. Act as a technical expert ensuring quality, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices from analysis through deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable solutions, identify bottlenecks, and expand project functionalities based on data. Promote AI adoption by hosting workshops, drafting playbooks, and providing continuous user support.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of architecting, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade production systems as a senior, lead, or principal developer
- Strong understanding of the complete software development process of production systems, at best of integrations between cloud applications
- Strong proficiency in backend software development with any language
- Strong experience with at least one of the modern AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Open Code), including sub-agents, skills, and multi-agentic workflows
- Strong knowledge of configurations and guardrails of AI agents to avoid hallucinations and optimize token usage
- Knowledge and professional experience with Python
- Knowledge and experience building AI agents in at least one modern agentic framework or SDK (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Microsoft Agentic Framework, Claude Agent SDK, etc.)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for innovation, automation, and delivering high-quality software
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, including expertise with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search optimization
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience with FastAPI backend framework
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Gitlab Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Familiarity or experience with Java
- Experience with relational and non-relational database design (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes)
