Job Summary
Principal, Agentic Strategy & Solutions to architect and pilot Atlas Technica's client-facing advisory business. Lead the design of multi-agent systems and the Atlas Agentic Workflow Training product, build and maintain proprietary pattern libraries for fund strategies, and spearhead executive advisory for $10B+ AUM clients. Daily work in the workbench with AI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT) to ship production-ready patterns, establish evaluation harnesses, and partner with Sales to translate client demand into high-value engagements. As the practice scales, hire and lead a pod of 2–3 AI consultants, serving as Internal Coach for prompt and agent fluency, while contributing to R&D on AI Defense and governance for SEC/FINRA-regulated environments. The role requires extensive consulting experience, capital markets fluency, and a hands-on technical mindset to deliver measurable ROI and scalable advisory offerings; hybrid/remote work in London occur within a globally distributed delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience within a global consultancy in a client-facing, engagement-leadership role
- experience as a practitioner in LLMs and orchestration frameworks
- ability to design and lead client engagements with C-suite stakeholders
- experience delivering high-value consulting engagements for institutional clients (e.g., hedge funds, asset managers)
- ability to develop scalable advisory offerings and train team members
- comfortable working in a hybrid/remote environment and leading cross-functional teams
- strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- familiarity withRetrieval Augmented Generation and prompt governance patterns
- experience translating technical needs into business value for high-AUM clients
