Job Summary
Architect end-to-end, enterprise-scale full-stack solutions spanning frontend, backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure for international brands. Organize backlog requirements into detailed, spec-driven specifications for AI coding agents using frameworks like BMAD to guide autonomous development. Design and implement composable microservices, data pipelines, and integrations with MACH ecosystem products on GCP or AWS, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and well-instrumented. Mentor engineers on architectural decision-making, AI-assisted workflows, and engineering excellence while collaborating with product, UX, and client stakeholders to manage delivery risks. Lead by example in shaping engineering culture and driving alignment across distributed teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience across the full stack
- demonstrated technical leadership at Staff or Lead level
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript
- hands-on experience with React and Next.js on the frontend
- Node.js or similar runtimes on the backend
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and backend services
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- schema design, query optimization, and data modelling for production systems
- Deep understanding of API design, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and headless/composable systems
- MACH principles
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms
- GCP preferred
- AWS or Azure also valued
