Job Summary
Principal Advisor Service Delivery to join the Enterprise Platforms & Services team. Act as primary IS&T interface, shaping demand aligned to Exploration priorities, owning the integrated IS&T portfolio roadmap, and enabling governance, decision-making and risk management. Partner with Exploration and IS&T to deliver prioritised technology solutions, oversee demand and execution of the Exploration project portfolio, drive portfolio performance through governance and continuous improvement, and lead a high-performing team across Architecture, Cyber, and Operations to ensure secure, scalable delivery. Based in Perth or Montreal with flexible work arrangements; permanent, full-time role offering comprehensive benefits and a global, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder engagement, governance and facilitation skills
- Creative problem-solving with structured approach
- Experience leading technology and software service delivery in complex environments
- Experience in portfolio management across large-scale organisations
- Strong financial acumen including budget management and reporting
