Job Summary
Lead analytics and insights for GOSC Finance; own analytics product ownership within Scrum; build analytical solutions and insights to drive business outcomes. Collaborate across cross-functional teams, facilitate ideation and deployment of analytical solutions, and ensure alignment with end-to-end business processes. Travel up to 25%. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in Finance Analytics with Product Owner experience in a Scrum environment. Technical skills include SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate; familiar with Agile/DevOps. Fully remote for the right candidate, with a preference for proximity to Medtronic facilities in Minneapolis, Memphis, Jacksonville, Canada, and Ireland.
