Job Summary
Principal Accountant, High Net Worth on The Bonadio Group’s Small Business Advisory team in Buffalo, NY, responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for high net worth clients. Lead, train, and mentor staff on client engagements; cross-sell services; assist with budgeting and cash flow projections; and ensure timely delivery of engagements within budget and to client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA certification or EA certification
- Minimum seven years of relevant CPA firm experience
- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
- Proven ability to develop and sustain business relationships for growing client base
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and Outlook
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
