Job Summary
Prepare and review regulatory reporting filings including US FINRA FOCUS reports, Banking Call Reports, and various Department of Treasury and Commerce reports, as well as Canada OSC M4 and Bahamas SCB submissions. Oversee and compile stand-alone audited financials while coordinating capital transactions such as intercompany dividends and capital infusions. Provide business support and internal reporting analysis across Investment Advisory, Broker/Dealer, and Wealth Management units, handling unforeseen financial projects like business combinations and process reviews. This role supports the Americas Accounting group's regulatory and financial reporting functions within a global asset management environment.
Required Qualifications
- BA required
- MA preferred
- 5 years preferred
- industry experience
- Sound understanding of US GAAP
- Prior history with regulatory reporting
- CPA – required
- FINRA registered preferred (series 99 specifically)
