Job Summary
Principal Account Executive responsible for a defined territory of Enterprise accounts, developing and executing go-to-market plans, leading internal teams to present complex, multi-faceted solutions (cloud, AI, and data-security) to customers and prospects, driving new logo growth, ensuring retention and renewals, and achieving quotas. Collaborates with Marketing on account-based marketing strategies, partners, product specialists, and solution consultants to articulate customer value, gather Voice of Customer feedback, and influence product/solution development. Requires 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ability to engage C-suite stakeholders, and strong pipeline management. Remote work available in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing enterprise sales, including cloud technologies and Generative AI concepts
- Experience working directly with partner ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Accenture) on behalf of customers
- Experience driving onboarding, expansion and renewal of existing customers
- Strong negotiation skills at the C-suite level
- Ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and multi-stakeholder accounts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with executive audiences
- Knowledge of data protection, privacy and security (Nice to have)
- Industry expertise in Financial Services, Health Care, Retail (Nice to have)
